A wide-ranging project funded by the FIFA Joao Havelange Research Scholarship, examining governance and redulation in a European context.

The State of the Game: The Corporate Governance of Football Clubs
Annual research sponsored by Grant Thornton, The Professional Footballers' Association and MUTUO investigating corporate governance within the football industry.

The Supporters' Trusts initiative
The FGRC was commissioned by Supporters Direct, the Government sponsored supporters' trusts initiative, to provide supportive research and development work for three years between 2000 and 2003.

The Governance and Regulation of Professional Football
An ongoing programme of work investigating the governance and regulation of professional football funded by the British Academy.

Building Sustainable Supporters' Trusts in the West Midlands
A project designed to assess the training needs of supporters' trusts in the West Midlands region.
